Levels of Protection
The shield is constructed from 100% UHMWPE and is rated to NIJ Level
III+. This unofficial level covers the traditional NIJ Level III
performance for 6 strikes of 7.62 x 51mm NATO Ball (US designation M80
Ball) and also the widely recognized threat from AK47 MSC 7.62 x 39mm
round, 5.56 x 45 55gr M193 and 5.56 x 45 62gr Federal Bonded (LE223T3).

The shield is finished in black ballistic nylon with a hard wearing
rubber edge protector trim. Horizontal handle is standard, but all
handles are available on this shield. Custom sizes also available upon

Color and Finishes
The standard color is black cloth covered, camouflage etc may be requested.
